Application process
From receiving your application documents to being appointed: This is how the application process goes at BANSBACH.
Does one of our job profiles meet your expectations exactly? Or would you like to send us a speculative application? Then we look forward to receiving your documents (CV, qualifications, references) via our application portal. You are also welcome to phone our HR Team in advance and ask any questions you have about the advertised job or about BANSBACH in general. Our extension: +49 711 1646-8989.
After your application has reached us you will receive a confirmation of receipt and access data for our application portal. You can view the status of your application here at any time. Our HR Team and the relevant line department will review your application and make a preliminary selection.
During a first interview we will both have the opportunity to get to know each other and discuss professional and personal questions. This will allow both sides to get a better picture of each other and of possible collaboration. At the end of the interview we’ll be pleased to get some initial feedback from you and will tell you about the rest of the process.
Depending on which job you have applied for, the rest of the process will involve different stages. The first interview will sometimes be followed by a second interview, a one-day trial, getting to know the future team etc. In this phase, you and we will decide whether collaboration between us is desirable.
If everything fits for both you and us at the end of the application procedure, we will then discuss the conditions of your contract of employment and the further approach. Then, nothing more will stand in the way of successfully starting work.
