Arbitration proceedings are out-of-court proceedings intended to resolve disputes. These take place within the scope of contractual commitments entered into by the parties involved and the applicable arbitration ordinance, using a so-called court of arbitration, which is a private body. The arbitration rulings made in such proceedings are generally final and binding. It is only possible to contest these rulings before state courts under special circumstances.
Our experts will appear for you as required in different arbitration proceedings as arbitration judges, party representatives and also as expert witnesses.
